The request sent through the site is an availability and quote enquiry and does not create an automatic booking.

Nature of the request

• sending the form does not block dates;
• it does not create a binding reservation;
• it does not trigger any immediate payment;
• final conditions will be communicated before any confirmation.

Proper use of the form

• the form must be completed by an adult;
• the data entered must be true and complete;
• children must be declared with the correct age;
• pets must be stated clearly;
• marketing/newsletter consent is optional and separate from the other declarations.

Property rules

Maximum occupancy, child suitability, extra charges, stay rules and any other operating conditions will be confirmed in the quote reply and, if needed, in the contract or final confirmation message.

Applicable law

The consumer rights granted by the applicable Italian law and the hospitality contract eventually concluded afterwards remain unaffected.
